The nurses treated me with kindness and respect. However, I was unable to tolerate the pain level from the BP cuff on my leg, so test had to be abandoned

My appointment letter did not mention the the clinic is in a separate building to St. Marks Outpatients. There was no one at Reception on main building, and it took sometime to find the clinic

The service was good but I do not believe this is the correct way to go. It should be left at a local level
I had to wait too long for an appointment
Never heard of any of the three doctors listed at the end of this review
Suggested improvements
Limiting the number of support stockings prescribed in a period is unacceptable.
This service is better handled at the local GP practice
Been dealt with by a Doctor on first visit
